Whackas are sentient blue mole-like creatures that live on the west side of Mt. Rugged, near the shore of Keelhaul Hey, and near Downtown of Crag. Hitting one on the head will produce Whacka's Bump, an edible and valuable item to appear. There is only one Whacka left in the world according to Wonky, an information seller from the game.
