Chingling (aka Lisyan) is a very happy psychic type Pokemon that is the pre-evolved form of the Chimecho. The Chingling resembles a round bell, kind of like the ones used when fishing or those hanged on a Christmas tree. They also have a red and white horn thingy on top of their heads that serve as tassles. Photo above is from Paperbuff.
