The Command Cat Type 97 is a Ballistic Armored Tactical Transport unit used in the Patlabor OVA / manga series.
It's a heavily armored car similar to a SWAT truck, it doesn't have any heavy firepower because it's mainly used for assessing dangerous situations and recon jobs. The Command Car
